Autonomy and the possibility of making a real impact on the organization Primopeças, a leading company in the automotive aftermarket sector dedicated to the trade of automotive parts and accessories, is reinforcing its organizational structure by recruiting an Operations Manager. We seek a candidate with strong organizational capabilities, operational leadership, and a continuous improvement orientation, capable of ensuring efficient coordination of warehouse/logistics operations and actively contributing to the optimization of internal processes and the company’s sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities** 1\- **Operational Coordination and Resource Management** * Lead the integrated operation of the Warehouse (receiving, dispatch, and distribution), ensuring alignment of priorities and operational fluidity; * Monitor daily operations, anticipate constraints, and ensure rapid response to deviations; * Directly intervene in resolving critical operational failures, ensuring swift normalization of operations. 2\- **Processes, Organization, and Operational Conditions** * Ensure operational processes are defined, documented, up-to-date, and followed; * Ensure strict traceability, identification, preservation, and storage of products; * Ensure resolution of basic operational needs (infrastructure, equipment, working conditions) and maintain continuous warehouse organization. 3\- **Analysis, Systems, and Continuous Improvement** * Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement concrete solutions (organization, space management, resources, etc.); * Produce structured information to support management decision-making and monitor operational KPIs; * Ensure correct management of storage locations and logical warehouse organization within the system. **Desired Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; * Solid knowledge of logistics operations and warehouse management; * Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and analysis of operational KPIs; * Experience in operational coordination and team management; * Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in operational contexts; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication and on-the-ground leadership skills; * Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, or similar) is highly valued. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Active participation in building and developing a new strategic role; * Autonomy and close proximity to senior management; * Opportunity to make a real impact on the organization and improve operations; * Dynamic team and collaborative work environment. **Application** Please send your CV and corresponding qualification certificate to the e\-mail recrutamento@primopecas.pt by 03/06/2026, with the subject line “Recruitment: Operations Manager”.
