Professional development opportunities CNC Operator | Paredes (Baltar) Manitowoc Crane Group Portugal, Lda., an industrial unit of a multinational group renowned in the metalworking sector, is recruiting a CNC Operator for its facilities in Paredes, at the Baltar Business Park. As a CNC Operator, the professional will be responsible for operating and adjusting computer numerical control machines, ensuring the production of metal components with high precision and quality. This role involves machine setup, strict interpretation of technical drawings, dimensional inspection of produced parts, and compliance with internal production, quality, and safety procedures. Work is carried out in constant coordination with the rest of the team, contributing to an efficient, organized, and safe production process. Previous experience in operating CNC machines is mandatory for this position, as well as solid knowledge of metrology and technical drawing interpretation. Candidates who are responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high standard of accuracy in task execution are highly valued. Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, is required to ensure continuity of the production process and adherence to established deadlines.
