




Job Summary: We are looking for a Remote Content Assistant to manage and support the digital marketing team in the daily creation and organization of content for Instagram and TikTok. Initial training and ongoing support included We are recruiting a Content Assistant (Remote) to support our digital marketing team in the daily management of Instagram and TikTok content. The role focuses on organization, scheduling, communication, and live-stream support (basic chat moderation). Initial training and ongoing support are included. Main Responsibilities Schedule posts, stories, and reels (editorial calendar provided) Adapt short captions and calls-to-action (ready-made templates) Respond to messages and comments using guidelines (scripts provided) Organize files and materials (Google Drive/Notion) Support for scheduled live streams: checklist, topic preparation, and chat moderation (when required) Requirements Minimum age: 18 years old Strong written Portuguese and responsible communication skills Basic knowledge of Instagram/TikTok PC/laptop and stable internet connection Organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Quiet work environment (no noise/interruptions) Conditions 100% remote (telecommuting) 6-hour shifts per day, 4 days per week schedule (to be agreed) Compensation: €900–€1,300/month (depending on availability and task volume) Training + coordinator support No fees / no advance payments / no product purchases Selection Process (only via OLX chat) Message via OLX chat Quick questionnaire (2–3 minutes) Online interview (30–45 minutes)
