Technical site surveys; . Supervision of work fronts across various projects; . Management of on-site work teams, ensuring execution quality and customer satisfaction; . Direct reporting to the Site Coordinator; . Installation of solar panels, photovoltaic panels, inverters, and batteries; . Sizing of cables and appropriate protections; . Electrical connection of equipment; . Cleaning of tools and organization of the workplace; . Compliance with occupational safety regulations. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** . Experience in Thermal Solar Systems; . Experience in Photovoltaic Systems; . Experience in Electrical Systems; . Experience in installation and maintenance of equipment; . Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader; . Ability to interpret technical drawings; . Driver’s license – Preferred qualification; . Availability for travel (using company vehicle); . Responsible, punctual, diligent, and autonomous; . Ability and willingness to work collaboratively in a team; . Strong communication and team management skills; .
