Dynamic and innovative environment with space for new methodologies **PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITY – TRAINER & TRAINING ASSISTANT** **Company:** Training Academy **Location:** \[PORTO] **Contract Type:** \[Full\-time] **Area:** Professional Training \| Human Resources / Training / Team Management The **Training Academy**, a reference in professional upskilling across multiple fields—including leadership, personal development, and real estate—is **recruiting a Trainer and Training Advisor** to join our team and enhance the training excellence of our professionals. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** ✅ Coordinate and develop training programs aligned with clients’ strategic objectives; ✅ Deliver specialized training sessions in Human Resources, Recruitment, Team Management, and Onboarding of new employees; ✅ Ensure training programs comply with industry requirements and applicable certifications; ✅ Design and update innovative, market-adapted pedagogical content; ✅ Supervise the annual training plan, ensuring its implementation and impact; ✅ Manage certification and qualification processes for trainees and trainers; ✅ Monitor and evaluate participants’ performance and progress throughout training activities. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** * Proven experience as a trainer in Human Resources, Recruitment, Team Management, and Onboarding of new employees (preferred); * Mandatory Pedagogical Competence Certification (PCC); Eformador Certification (preferred); * Bachelor’s degree; * Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills; * Strong orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement of training processes; * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. **WHAT WE OFFER:** Integration into a **leading Training Academy**; Opportunity for continuous growth and development; A dynamic and innovative environment, offering space for implementing new training methodologies; An attractive and competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience and responsibilities.
