In Portugal, we continue to grow and challenge market standards — and we seek someone energetic, disciplined, and talented to transform contacts into real opportunities. **The Challenge** We are seeking a Call Center Operator / Booker to generate and schedule qualified meetings with potential franchisees and partners, feeding the commercial pipeline of the expansion team. The mission is clear: the first contact with the ONE brand must be as strong as the proposition that follows. **Responsibilities** * Outbound telephone outreach to leads and prospecting databases (potential franchisees, agencies, and partners). * Lead qualification according to criteria defined by the expansion team. * Scheduling meetings and calls for Expansion Managers. * Rigorous logging of all interactions in the CRM, with daily pipeline updates. * Systematic follow-up on leads not converted during the initial contact. * Weekly reporting on call volume, contact rate, and scheduling rate. * Close collaboration with the Expansion Team to refine scripts and qualification criteria. **What We’re Looking For** * Prior experience in call centers, telemarketing, or telephone-based sales roles (preferred but not mandatory). * Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to articulate arguments, and handle objections. * Resilient profile, goal-oriented, and comfortable with volume and conversion targets. * Organized and meticulous in lead logging and follow-up. * Basic CRM knowledge (a plus). * Interest in the real estate sector is an advantage. **What We Offer** * Base salary + commissions per qualified appointment and conversion. * Initial training on product, sales pitch, and tools. * Integration into the expansion team of a rapidly growing real estate brand in Portugal. * Dynamic, results-oriented environment with clear career progression for high performers.
