In this context, we are recruiting for Cleva’s headquarters in Porto: * **SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER** **WHAT WE OFFER:** * A continuous learning and development environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and proactivity; * Diverse benefits designed for team well-being (flexible working hours, hybrid work model, training, sports and *team building* activities, employee benefits platform, etc.); * Integration into a multidisciplinary, results-oriented, collaborative, and passionate team; * A solid, recognized company with prominent clients and deep expertise in its field; * A culture grounded in knowledge sharing, accountability, success, and excellence in everything we are and do. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Full project management responsibility, spanning initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure; * Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery, guaranteeing adherence to agreed scope, timelines, and costs; * Define and maintain the project plan, including schedule, resources, dependencies, and milestones; * Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes, identifying impacts and proposing timely mitigation actions; * Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring clear visibility of status and deviations; * Coordinate project teams, promoting focus on objectives, collaboration, and commitment to deliverables; * Ensure clear, regular, and effective communication with the client and other stakeholders; * Manage client relationships within the project context, fostering trust and client satisfaction; * Prepare and lead key project ceremonies and milestones (kickoff, status meetings, go-live, closure, resource evaluation feedback, lessons learned); * Ensure proper handover to Support, guaranteeing accurate transfer of knowledge, documentation, and responsibilities; * Participate, as needed, in commercial proposal preparation in the role of Project Manager; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices. **PROFILE:** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technologies; * Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Project Manager in software product and/or service contexts; * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; * Solution-oriented mindset with holistic and integrative vision; * High resilience and adaptability to demanding environments; * Negotiation and consensus-building skills with diverse stakeholders; * Solid communication, presentation, and business relationship skills; * Experience managing people and teams, promoting alignment and collaboration. **WE VALUE:** * Knowledge of the insurance business and/or financial sector (e.g., banking).
