Every day, we strive to meet market demands with excellence in solutions, equipment, and services — and we believe we have the best talent to deliver these outcomes. **Ready to take the next step in your career?** **Your new opportunity may be right here.** We are looking for a **Payroll Technician – Temporary**, to join the Payroll team in Porto.**What is the challenge?** * Manage payroll processing for a group of Nors Group companies in Portugal and Angola; * Ensure compliance with legal obligations (DMR, Social Security, Single Report, among others); * Manage working hours, schedules, holidays, absences, and overtime; * Oversee contractual management processes (hiring, contract drafting, terminations); * Prepare monthly reports; * Provide timely responses and support for queries raised by employees and internal clients; * Perform all administrative tasks related to the department and role; * Contribute to area-specific projects. **What do we expect from you?** * Minimum of 12 years of formal education; * 2–3 years of experience in similar roles; * Knowledge of SAP (HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll) – preferred; * English language proficiency – preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Customer- and business-oriented mindset; * Analytical skills and decision-making ability; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **What will you find?** * Integration into a solid, globally present group; * Collaborative, dynamic, and close-knit work environment; * Benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and special conditions with partner organizations. * Birthday leave. **Are you ready to embrace a new challenge at Nors and become part of an expanding team?** We count on you!
