





**Administrative Assistant** Flexicar Portugal operates nationwide with 5 dealerships and 500 vehicles, and belongs to the Flexicar Group—the market leader in Spain for buying and selling used cars, with over 140 dealerships and more than 16,000 vehicles available for sale. We are seeking a candidate interested in working in the administrative department of our Braga store. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, possesses strong prioritization, documentation management, and follow-up skills regarding store-related matters and commercial operations. **Required Skills:** * Experience processing supplier invoices. * Prior experience in administrative processes within the automotive sector. **Responsibilities:** * Complete and verify documentation supporting commercial activities—specifically documents related to purchase and sales contracts (e.g., requisitions, invoices) and banking documents. * Prepare procedures and enter them into the management software for communication with the central administrative office. * Monitor the status and progress of purchase and sales procedures. * Manage and process all administrative tasks inherent to the role. * Process incoming invoices related to the dealership and register them appropriately to request payment. **Profile:** * Prior experience in administrative processes within the automotive sector; * Spanish language proficiency is an asset (preferred but not mandatory); * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office); * Strong organizational skills; * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * High sense of responsibility; * Strong organizational and planning abilities. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role, plus meal allowance. **Benefits:** * Meal card/ticket **Working Hours:** * Day shift **Contract Type:** * Fixed-term contract Job Type: Full-time Salary: €870.00 – €1,150.00 per month Benefits: * Meal card/ticket * Company mobile phone Experience: * Administrative: 4 years (Mandatory) Language: * Spanish (Preferred)
