**Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting for the position of **Industrial Project Manager**, in collaboration with a renowned client located in Maia.
**Description**:
The professional will manage the full project lifecycle from A to Z, assuming an active and cross-functional role bridging product development, production, and the customer—working predominantly on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end project oversight—from initial phase through industrialization and customer delivery;
* Continuous coordination with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and other internal departments;
* Monitoring of the production process, machinery, tooling, materials, and methods;
* Management of changes, customer requirements, and unforeseen issues throughout the project;
* Identification of technical solutions and continuous process improvement;
* Active participation in internal meetings and client-facing meetings;
* Oversight of prototype manufacturing and sample validation;
* Definition of technical specifications and parameters aligned with customer needs;
* Monitoring of costs, timelines, and quality across development phases;
* Hands-on role with direct operational involvement whenever required.
**Requirements**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Product, Industrial, or related field);
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in demanding industrial environments (development, production, processes, or technical project management) (mandatory);
* Strong resilience, autonomy, and decision-making capability;
* Dynamic, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile;
* Ability to handle pressure, frustration, and constantly changing environments;
* Comfort working on-site and in direct contact with production;
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-departmentally;
* English fluency (mandatory).
**Offer**:
* Employment contract directly with the client company;
* Base salary (for 14 months) + meal allowance (€5);
* Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
