What we are looking for: * Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within the textile sector. * Autonomy: Ability to make decisions and solve problems on the factory floor. * Results-oriented: Ability to work under pressure and maintain strict adherence to deadlines. * Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage the sewing team.
