We are recruiting a Financial Controller to join our finance department. You will be responsible for management control and financial reporting processes, ensuring the reliability of financial information, compliance with accounting and regulatory standards, as well as providing technical support to senior management. **Your Responsibilities:** * Ensure the reliability of management control systems and financial information; * Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and multi-year plans; * Analyze variances between budgeted, forecasted, and actual figures, proposing corrective actions; * Conduct profitability analyses by project, client, or service line; * Prepare financial and management reports and monitor KPIs and dashboards; * Support financial closing processes, audits, and compliance with internal controls and regulations; * Develop financial models and feasibility and sensitivity analyses; * Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve financial processes and management information systems (ERP, reporting tools). **Who We Are Looking For:** **We are seeking someone who is/has:** * A Master’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management control or finance roles, preferably within professional services firms; * Solid knowledge of financial, managerial, and tax accounting; * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants (preferred requirement); * Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools; ERP and BI knowledge is an advantage; * Strong critical analytical skills, technical rigor, and attention to detail; * High degree of autonomy, responsibility, and confidentiality; * Good teamwork skills. **What We Offer:** * Integration into an excellent and continuously growing team; * Exposure to multidisciplinary projects and reference clients across multiple sectors; * A structured career plan, with mentoring and continuous training; * A competitive salary package and market-aligned benefits; * Hybrid working arrangements with flexible hours; * Additional vacation days; * Health insurance.
