We seek talents passionate about excellence to join our team dedicated to creating truly memorable experiences. **Job Description** The Bellhop is one of the first points of contact between the guest and the hotel, playing a fundamental role in creating an initial impression of luxury and hospitality. The role involves receiving, escorting, and transporting guest luggage safely, efficiently, and discreetly, ensuring service aligns with 5-star hotel standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in, delivering warm and professional service. * Transport luggage from vehicle / hotel entrance to guest room, and upon departure, from room to vehicle or parking area, with full care. * Store and temporarily manage luggage (early check-in / late check-out) in designated areas, maintaining appropriate records. * Ensure the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage area remain consistently clean, organized, and welcoming. * Guide guests within the hotel (rooms, SPA, restaurants, pool, etc.) and provide basic information on services and localities. * Coordinate with front office, concierge, valet, and room service, especially during arrivals/delays/late check-outs. * Assist with special guest requests (e.g., delivery of packages, event materials, wheelchairs, etc.). * Handle any luggage-related dissatisfaction or delay professionally and promptly. **Qualifications** **Requirements** * Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a bellhop or in guest service at 4-/5-star hotels is preferred. * Education in Hospitality, Tourism, or proven experience in high-end customer service. * Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency is mandatory (additional languages are a plus). * Good physical stamina (lifting and moving luggage of moderate weight, standing for extended periods). * Impeccable posture, friendliness, discretion, and service orientation in a luxury environment. * Full availability to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
