Support to accounting and financial control A company primarily active in the electricity distribution sector is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join its team. **Responsibilities:** \- Billing; \- Bank reconciliations; \- Data entry and processing in Excel; \- Support to accounting and financial control; \- Management and organization of documentary archives; \- General administrative support to the team; \- Issuance and verification of documents (invoices, receipts, credit notes); \- Monitoring of payments and collections. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; \- Immediate availability; \- Experience in similar roles; \- Knowledge of SAP (preferred); \- Knowledge of Spanish (preferred). **Offer:** \- Part-time employment (20 hours per week); \- Working hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; \- Possibility of hybrid work after integration; \- Base salary: €650; \- Meal allowance: €10/day.
