You will prepare documents, maintain institutional contacts, and support licensing procedures, ensuring organization and efficiency in daily administration. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing documents for tenders and supporting responses to administrative procedures; - Maintaining contact with institutional entities and supporting licensing requests; - Managing validity documentation and invoicing with municipal councils; - Ensuring administrative management of Human Resources for the Directorate. Requirements: - Completed secondary education (12th grade); - Proficiency in Portuguese; - Fluent English (spoken and written) – preferred; - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); - SAP knowledge – preferred; - Availability for shift work; - Driver’s license and personal vehicle – preferred; - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Offer: - Base salary of €950; - Meal allowance of €8.63; - Working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday;
