Strong attention to detail and proactivity in task resolution **Part-Time Administrative Assistant \| Duality** Duality is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to reinforce our team and ensure greater organization and monitoring of the company's internal processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organization and archiving of physical and digital documentation; * Management and updating of internal documents; * Issuance of invoices and accounting documents; * Monitoring of customer collections; * Control and tracking of payments; * Organization of supplier invoices; * Preparation and submission of documentation to accounting; * Administrative support in project and construction management; * Contact with customers and suppliers whenever necessary; * Ensuring all administrative processes are properly monitored. **Candidate Profile:** * Highly organized and responsible individual; * Strong attention to detail; * Good communication skills; * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously; * Proactivity and autonomy in task resolution; * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Google Drive, etc.). Previous experience in administrative roles, invoicing, or accounting support is highly valued.
