**Mission:**
Achieve sales and profitability targets for the service unit and ensure proper functioning of the service team.
**Main Functions and Responsibilities:**
The Regional Service Manager role must be goal-oriented, meeting group expectations and implementing service action plans across its leadership pillars: KION Values Role Model, Sales Strategy, Team Builder, Team Player, Decision Maker, Role\-Model Professional.
Responsibilities include:
* Sales Strategy (Sales Strategies):
* Implement post-sales sales and marketing strategies.
* Negotiate and influence customers to secure agreed service levels.
* Develop and acquire new customers for both the service unit and other business areas.
* Generate business opportunities.
* Team Builder / Team Player:
* Promote a Safety culture, execute ISO standards (standardization rules), mentoring/coaching, individual development plans, team training plans, and digital initiatives to foster Wellbeing. Short Interval Management (SIM).
* Role\-Model Professional (Operational Efficiency):
* Achieve excellent safety performance metrics. Safety First. Zero accidents.
* Achieve excellent customer satisfaction and employee engagement scores.
* Contribute to achieving the branch’s sales and profitability goals.
* Be responsible for generating opportunities and achieving strong sales performance (Hit Rate, Efficiency Rate).
* Deliver excellent operational metrics related to execution (Maintenance Fulfillment, Execution Time, Travel…).
* Champion continuous improvement actions that enhance efficiency across all pillars. Digital Mindset.
* Manage technical teams to fulfill service orders and improve productive time.
* Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules.
**Education, Knowledge & Experience:**
* Technical Engineering degree or equivalent, or 5 years’ experience as a Service Manager in maintenance-related roles.
* Technical knowledge.
* Proficiency in English (reading and writing) is an advantage.
* Office software skills, preferably Microsoft Office and Power BI, plus understanding of KPIs.
