Job Summary:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to manage the product lifecycle—from design to industrialization—coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

**Main Responsibilities**
\- Define the scope, requirements, objectives, deliverables, schedule, resources, costs, and risks of each project according to the internal GPI process.
\- Execute mechanical engineering projects: 3D CAD modeling, 2D drawings, specifications, tolerances, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation.
\- Select appropriate materials, components, and manufacturing processes; perform or coordinate calculations, sizing, and technical verifications.
\- Structure and maintain the project plan, gates, actions, KPIs, and progress reporting.
\- Coordinate interfaces between mechanical engineering, automation, and other product systems.
\- Ensure timely involvement of production, industrialization, quality, procurement, logistics, and suppliers.
\- Monitor prototype construction, testing, functional tests, and validations.
\- Lead industrialization, ensuring necessary processes, equipment, instructions, and documentation for production.
\- Manage technical changes and related documentation in PLM; prepare formal handover to production and support initial ramp-up.
**Requirements:**
\- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
\- Additional training in project management, product development, mechanical design, structural calculation, or industrial processes (preferred).
\- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development within an industrial setting.
\- Proven experience with 3D CAD, technical drawing, materials, manufacturing processes, prototyping, and transition to production.
\- Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination of multidisciplinary teams (preferred).
\- Proficiency in mechanical design: 3D CAD, technical drawing, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation.
\- Solid knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, assembly, welding, bending, cutting, and machining.
\- Ability to perform or validate calculations, sizing, and technical verifications.
\- Proficiency in project planning and management: timelines, costs, risks, actions, and KPIs.
\- Knowledge of product development lifecycle, prototyping, testing, validation, and industrialization.
\- Proficiency in change management, technical documentation, and PLM.
\- Technical English.

Compensation: €2,200.00 – €2,800.00 per month
