Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform manufacturing activities for pharmaceutical dosage forms, following established procedures and contributing to continuous improvement. Team-oriented environment and dedication to the project **Join Our Mission to Improve Lives Worldwide** Execution of manufacturing activities (including production, packaging, and labeling) of pharmaceutical dosage forms in accordance with applicable procedures and defined objectives. **The Impact You’ll Make** * Perform manufacturing activities (production, packaging, and labeling), complying with current instructions and procedures, and within the required timeframes; * Accurately record performed activities by completing applicable documentation, such as logbooks, cleaning status labels, and manufacturing instructions, etc.; * Report any deviations from applicable instructions and procedures detected during the manufacturing process to your supervisor; * Clean equipment and rooms, ensuring their proper maintenance according to associated specific and operational instructions, and identify them regarding their cleaning status; * Handle and verify materials and products, where applicable, in accordance with defined workflows; * Perform equipment changeovers according to the product being manufactured, packaged, or labeled, and according to the equipment’s operational instructions, carrying out applicable checks (cleaning, calibration, and others); * Carry out in-process controls defined in manufacturing, packaging, and labeling instructions, strictly adhering to specified sampling, frequency, and execution methods; * Contribute to achieving your area’s production goals, including those related to quality, equipment performance, manufacturing defects, production volume, and any other identified goals; * Contribute to continuous process improvement by suggesting actions and, whenever possible, implementing them or assisting in their implementation. **What You’ll Bring** \- Completed secondary education (vocational training in Chemistry, Mechanics, or Electronics preferred); \- Professional experience in production (pharmaceutical, food, electronics, or automotive sectors preferred); * Solid computer skills; * English language proficiency (spoken and written); * Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday; * Availability for overtime, when required; * Team spirit and willingness to support colleagues. **Create Your Path** “At Bial there is no such thing as "luck".
