Integration into a solid company with professional development Experis, a global leader in talent management solutions, is currently recruiting a Procurement & Sourcing Specialist (Indirect Procurement) for a stable and growing company based in Vila Nova de Gaia. **Responsibilities:** Efficient and structured management of indirect (non-core) procurement, including general services, facility management, vehicle fleet, telecommunications, IT services, insurance, and technical maintenance; Identification, evaluation, and negotiation with national and international suppliers; Conducting market inquiry processes (RFP and RFQ); Negotiation of commercial contracts and supply terms; Implementation of cost reduction strategies and contract optimization; Monitoring supplier performance (SLA, quality, and costs); Creation of regular procurement reporting and KPIs; Supporting the structuring and improvement of internal procurement processes; Collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Management teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and best procurement practices. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field; Minimum of 3–5 years’ professional experience in procurement/purchasing and sourcing roles; Proven experience in indirect procurement/services, negotiation, and contract management; Experience in industrial, B2B, or technical companies is preferred; Strong Excel and analytical tool skills; Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Primavera, Oracle or similar – preferred); Good command of English and Spanish; Analytical, organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile; Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities. **Offered:** Integration into a stable and growing company; Employment contract with prospects for continuity; Professional development opportunities; Dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement.
