As an instructor, you will be present at the club, assisting our members, answering any questions, supporting club operations, and ensuring our offerings exceed member expectations. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to handle difficult conversations, manage any negative feedback, and proactively address concerns with clients to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Throughout your time as a Personal Trainer at Elite Place, you will receive our internal training to grow alongside us in the constantly changing fitness world. Our Pt Manager will work with you to become an Elite Place Personal Trainer. the hierarchy to become a Personal Trainer. About you: You are a qualified PT with some experience in clubs. You understand the importance of our members' experience and have the ambition to develop into the best Personal Trainer you can be. You will be motivated and committed to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, available to work from 06:30 to 22:00 and on weekends. More specifically: Experience in a club environment and customer service roles. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a clear focus on delivering a first-class experience to members. Passionate about self-development and eager to learn.
