Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Director for our Refrigeration team, responsible for technical analysis, team coordination, company representation, cost management, and quality assurance. Interaction with clients and suppliers We are recruiting a Site Director (m/f) for our Refrigeration team at RACE! Responsibilities: * Conduct technical analysis of contracts by reviewing specifications / awarded proposals / supporting designs to ensure appropriate and timely project preparation. * Coordinate and supervise on-site teams, particularly subcontractors and RACE’s internal team, monitoring the defined schedule and allocating necessary resources to meet deadlines and ensure proper technical execution. * Represent the company to the client, responding to client requests, adjusting available resources and subcontractor schedules as needed, proposing suitable technical alternatives, and negotiating additional work. * Collaborate with the Procurement department by providing necessary inputs for purchasing / subcontracting processes and ensuring alignment between delivery timelines and project requirements, contributing (if necessary) to identifying alternatives. * Monitor project costs and revenues, ensuring adherence to—and preferably improvement upon—the budgeted solution. * Manage problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever required by the situation, to safeguard project profitability and efficiency and resolve potential non-conformities. * Manage problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever required by the situation, to safeguard project profitability and efficiency and resolve potential non-conformities. * Coordinate handover of installations to the client, verifying compliance with specified requirements, delivering all contractually mandated information, and jointly conducting project acceptance with the client. * Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards by the team under supervision, in accordance with RACE’s QAS Management procedures, to guarantee activities meet required standards. * Coordinate Human Resources assigned to the role and oversee implementation of the Organization’s current HR policies to ensure motivation and development of personnel under supervision, thereby maximizing human capital within the teams. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and/or prior experience managing refrigeration contracts * Leadership and communication skills * Proactivity and teamwork orientation * Willingness to travel Benefits: * Health insurance (after 6 months of employment) * Meal allowance via meal card * Company laptop and mobile phone * Company vehicle Submit your application via the form below or send your CV to recrutamento@race.com.pt Work location: On-site
