For more information, please visit www.fjbio.com **The Role** Within an intercultural and multidisciplinary environment, as a Billing \& AR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring timely invoicing and collections, working closely with clients. This position is 100% on\-site. **Key responsibilities:** * Prepare and issue client invoices based on contracts and system data * Coordinate billing and client information with relevant teams * Respond promptly to client billing inquiries * Maintain and update client master data accurately * Manage the collection of outstanding balances from clients * Monitor daily incoming payments to confirm receipt of expected amounts * Follow up with clients regarding overdue balances, in line with internal procedures * Collaborate with external departments to resolve discrepancies * Support month\-end and year\-end close processes * Assist in preparing budgets and performing variance analysis * Provide support to accountants, senior accountants and accounting supervisor as needed **Your Profile** * Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Certificate in accounts receivable are a plus * 2\-4 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable or similar financial role * Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel * Strong accuracy in managing invoices, payments, and financial records. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Commitment to delivering excellent client service and resolving billing issues efficiently **We Offer** * Integration in a highly motivated team; * Working in an international environment; * Employee benefits package; * Career development.
