Flexible working hours and rotating shifts **Psychologist — Residential Care Facility** ***About the São José Youth Center*** The São José Youth Center is a residential care institution dedicated to supporting youth in psychosocial risk situations. Our mission focuses on promoting well-being, inclusion, and the holistic development of every individual we accompany. ***About the Role*** As a member of the residential care facility’s technical team, the psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological support to resident youth, contributing to their emotional and behavioral assessment, intervention, and monitoring. The role involves close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, families, and external entities. ***What We Are Looking For*** * Strong communication skills, empathy, and teamwork ability; * Interpersonal competencies; * A social vocation; * Interest and motivation to work with youth in psychosocial risk situations; * Proactive profile; * Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and initiative. ***Requirements*** * Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory); * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. ***Key Points*** * Flexible working hours; * Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.
