Job Summary: We are seeking architects registered with the Portuguese Order of Architects who desire an innovative and highly valued work model, with real projects and growth opportunities within an expanding organization. Opportunity for growth within an established and expanding structure Description: We are launching a new architecture studio in Porto, integrated within a group of three companies already active in construction and real estate investment. We have a robust project pipeline, access to national and international investment, and a steady flow of new projects. We seek architects registered with the Order who want more than a traditional employment model. Compensation: We do not offer fixed salaries. Compensation is based on a significant percentage of revenue generated from each project completed. There is a simple reason for this: The traditional salary model tends to undervalue the architect's actual impact on projects. Therefore, we adopt a model better aligned with the architect’s interests—ensuring their work is genuinely valued.
