We are looking to strengthen our team with a **Senior Functional Analyst** to work in a hybrid model (1 to 2 days per week at the client's offices in Porto). **Requirements:** · More than 4 years of experience in a consulting environment as a business analyst. · Previous experience in gathering business requirements and processes, and sharing them with the client and the development team. · Ability to systematize, present, and discuss requirements with both the team and the client. · Support implementation and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various stakeholders. · Problem-solving skills (analyzing existing systems, working with the Project Manager to determine feasible solutions, understanding what has already been implemented based on client input, etc.). · SQL knowledge (highly valued). **Work model**: Hybrid in Porto (1 to 2 times per week) **What we offer:** * 25 vacation days * Health plan * Training opportunities * Career development opportunities Take the leap, join us!
