We are recruiting an **Accounting Consultant | Supervisor** to join our **Business Services & Outsourcing – Accounting team in Maia**. **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?** * Contribute to developing strategic partnerships enabling optimization of solutions implemented for our Clients; * Ensure ongoing support for Clients’ accounting and tax activities; * Prepare, review, and validate financial statements in accordance with national or international standards, as well as monthly reporting; * Perform tasks on national and international systems and platforms, ensuring compliance with *compliance* requirements; * Mentor and develop more junior team members; * Contribute to improving internal processes. **WHAT WE BELIEVE YOU BRING IN YOUR BAGGAGE…** * Academic degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or related fields; * Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in similar roles; * Professional experience in a consulting environment; * Registration with the Portuguese Association of Certified Accountants (Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados); * Knowledge of tax legislation; * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with critical thinking; * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; * Planning and organizational abilities, with goal-oriented mindset. **PERFECT, PERFECT?
