We are recruiting an **Accounting Consultant \| Supervisor** to join our **Business Services \& Outsourcing \- Accounting team in Maia**. **YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?** * Contribute to developing strategic partnerships enabling optimization of solutions implemented for our Clients; * Ensure ongoing support for Clients’ accounting and tax activities; * Prepare, review, and validate financial statements in accordance with national or international standards, as well as monthly reports; * Work with national and international systems and platforms, ensuring compliance with *compliance* requirements; * Support and develop more junior team members; * Contribute to improving internal processes. **WHAT WE BELIEVE YOU BRING IN YOUR BAGGAGE…** * Academic background in accounting, management, finance, or related fields; * Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in similar roles; * Professional experience in a consulting environment; * Registration with the Order of Certified Accountants; * Knowledge of tax legislation; * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; * Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with critical thinking; * Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Planning and organizational capabilities, with goal orientation. **PERFECT, PERFECT?
