Job Summary: Implements and guides agile practices, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and supports teams in removing impediments and promoting collaboration. Key Highlights: 1. Promote collaboration across teams and remove impediments Scrum Master – Automotive Tech Location: Porto | Model: Remote (2/3 days per month in the office) Language: English \- Advanced Responsibilities Implement and guide agile practices in teams with varying levels of maturity. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and adapt them to project contexts. Support backlog management, prioritization, and alignment with stakeholders. Remove impediments and promote collaboration across teams. Requirements \+5 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban in hybrid environments. Experience with distributed teams and alignment between business and IT. Facilitation, conflict resolution, and coordination skills. Experience with agile metrics (velocity, burndown, WIP). Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps. Knowledge of agile scaling frameworks (preferred). Agile/Scrum certifications.
