Celoplás Group, Plásticos para a Indústria, S.A., is seeking 1 Quality and Environmental Technician (m/f):
Responsibilities:
Perform incoming inspection of components/Raw Materials/Products
Develop flowcharts and control plans
Develop measurement strategies
Manage and develop standard parts and limit samples
Inspect products during production (quality/technical specifications), perform self-inspections
Inspect finished products/parts and rework items
Develop acceptance criteria and deviations
Prepare dimensional reports
Prepare PPAP documentation
Manage RMMs (Raw Material Management)
Conduct product and process audits
Submit IMDS data
Conduct operational control audits
Manage Safety Data Sheets
Prepare technical inventory of chemical products
Analyze exposure scenarios – REACH
Manage chemical products
Manage waste
Prepare Egar reports
Monitor effluents
Requirements:
\- 12th grade with professional training in quality and environment
\- Knowledge of dimensional metrology
\- Fluent in English
\- Teamwork and interpersonal skills
\- Flexibility and versatility
\- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
\- Residence nearby (Famalicão/Barcelos)
