Support data-driven decision making **Job Title: BI DATA VISUALIZATION CONSULTANT** **Location: Porto/Maia; Portugal** **Work Mode: Full-time & Hybrid** **Summary / Overview** ------------------------ We are looking for a **BI Data Visualization Consultant** with experience in data analysis and visualization, capable of transforming complex information into **clear and actionable insights** through reports and dashboards. This person will collaborate with technical and business teams to **model data, develop Business Intelligence solutions, and support data-driven decision making**, ensuring best practices in data quality, security, and information governance. **Responsibilities and Tasks** ========================================= * Develop and maintain **Business Intelligence reports and dashboards** to support decision making; * Work with **relational and non-relational databases**, ensuring data quality and consistency; * Participate in the **definition and implementation of BI architectures**; * Perform **data modeling** and prepare datasets for analysis; * Implement **best practices for data security and information access management**; * Collaborate with technical and business teams in **identifying analytical requirements**; * Participate in projects following **agile development methodologies** (Agile, Scrum or similar); * Support continuous improvement of BI and data visualization solutions. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements** =========================== ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field**. ### **Experience** * Minimum **3 years’ experience with relational and non-relational databases**; * Minimum **1 year’s experience with Business Intelligence architectures**; * Experience in **creating and using reports and dashboards**. ### **Interpersonal Skills** * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Autonomy and proactivity in task execution; * Organizational and priority management skills. ### **Languages** * **Fluent Portuguese**; * **Professional English** (preferred). ### **Benefits** **Important**: * Our company does not sponsor work visas or residence permits for employment purposes.
