Job Summary: The Accounting Technician will contribute to monthly closings by organizing and posting accounting documents and ensuring daily control of transactions and bank reconciliations. Hipoges provides a broad range of asset management services, including: * Advisory services throughout the portfolio valuation and acquisition process * Process design and implementation of management tools * Development of servicing solutions for various asset types * Consulting department supporting portfolio acquisition and investment operations in partnership with clients. **Description** **1] BRIEF FUNCTION DESCRIPTION** The primary objective of this role is to support monthly closings, among other responsibilities, by organizing, classifying, and posting accounting documents, and ensuring daily control of transactions and bank reconciliations. **2] RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily processing of documents, invoices, and payments; * Account reconciliation and review; * Issuing payment requests upon invoice maturity; * Maintenance of customer and supplier current accounts and balances; * Preparation of all accounting-related documentation and reports; * Handling correspondence when required. **Profile** **3] COMPETENCIES** * Knowledge of accounting and taxation; * Analytical ability, meticulousness, attention to detail, and organizational skills; * Strong orientation toward meeting deadlines and achieving objectives; * Language: English – intermediate level (preferred); * IT: Excel – intermediate level; * ERP SAP knowledge (preferred). **4] QUALIFICATIONS** * Academic Qualifications: o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, or Economics (preferred); * Experience: o Minimum of 3 years in similar roles within an accounting firm, or minimum of 2 years within a multinational corporate environment.
