We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Zollern Portugal team. **Job Mission:** Responsible for effectively designing, implementing, and supervising various macro-production planning processes. Must ensure smooth operation of the company’s supply chain, guaranteeing optimization of stock and internal logistics flows, with a focus on cost efficiency, infrastructure improvement, and productivity enhancement—thereby ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain up-to-date macro-production plans; * Prepare productivity reports and production deviation analyses; * Align sales forecasts with production capacity and production deviations; * Identify potential production bottlenecks and adjust production plans in real time in response to unforeseen events or deviations; * Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure raw material availability; * Collaborate across departments to ensure production fluidity and on-time delivery; * Maintain consistent communication with headquarters (Planning/Commercial). **Key Competencies:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering Management or related field; * Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in production planning management; * Proficiency in computer tools, Microsoft Office (Excel and other data analysis tools), and SAP; * Knowledge of KAIZEN and Lean Management methodologies is highly valued; * Results- and objective-oriented mindset; * Strong planning and organizational skills; * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; * Fluency in English (spoken and written); German language proficiency is highly valued. **What We Offer:** Opportunity to actively participate in Zollern’s macro-production planning management; Opportunity for personal and professional growth within a dynamic and demanding international work environment; Continuous and strategic investment in Zollern’s training and career development programs; You will find in our culture and values an environment grounded in tolerance, high standards, respect, and appreciation.
