We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist for our Advanced Analytics team and believe we will be \#betterwithyou! You will be responsible for… Developing insights and scientific decision-support tools for MC’s business decisions, grounded in deep knowledge of customer behavior and process/operational efficiency; Designing and implementing Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models with real impact across multiple business areas; Supporting the business in interpreting and communicating results and complex relationships derived from developed models; Applying advanced statistical methodologies for insight generation; **Applying techniques appropriate to the specific challenge:** developing supervised models (predictive models and scoring models) and unsupervised models (segmentations), applying text mining techniques; Techniques/algorithms performing efficiently on large-scale datasets; Applying Customer-Centric methodologies to solve business problems (treating result interpretation as the fundamental factor in the process). Keeping yourself updated on the latest industry trends. Therefore, bring along… Academic background in Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or related fields; At least 3 years of experience in Data Science or Operations Research; Proven expertise in Advanced Analytics / Data Science / Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence; Proficiency in Python; Proven experience handling large volumes of data (ETL) and applying advanced statistical techniques; English language proficiency; Autonomy in decision-making; Strong communication skills.
