Job Summary: IT Business Analyst responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, process mapping, and functional solution design support. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments. **We are recruiting: IT Business Analyst** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements with internal teams and clients * Preparing and maintaining BRD, PRD, FRD, and Product Backlog * Process mapping (BPMN/UML) and identifying improvements in existing systems and integrations * Supporting functional solution design in collaboration with engineering and product teams * Defining and validating use cases, features, acceptance criteria, and participating in UAT * Ensuring service compliance with business rules, commercial policies, and regulatory requirements * Acting as the liaison point between internal and external stakeholders (Project Manager, Solution Architect, Engineering teams, QA, and business units), ensuring alignment throughout the service lifecycle * Contributing to feature and product requirement definition and prioritization **Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role * Strong ability to produce clear, structured functional and business documentation * Ability to translate functional requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams * Knowledge of system integrations, architecture, and APIs * Fluency in English (spoken and written) * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) **Soft skills:** * Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills * Strong problem-solving orientation and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments * Value- and results-driven mindset **Nice-to-have:** * Familiarity with the telecommunications operator ecosystem (SMS, USSD, IVR, RCS, OTT) * Experience with B/OSS integrations (Billing, CRM, Provisioning, Payment Gateways, Settlement) * Knowledge of digital marketplaces, VAS platforms, Loyalty Management, and monetization models **Interested?
