Construction Preparer

Experis, a global leader in talent solutions, is recruiting a Construction Preparer to join a leading and rapidly growing company in the construction sector, headquartered in the Porto area. **Responsibilities:** Technical preparation of construction projects, including analysis of designs and drawings; Supporting the Site Management team in planning and organizing work; Preparation and updating of quantity take-offs and measurements; Support in defining construction methods and execution phases; Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams; Support in documentary and technical management of the project; Collaboration with measurement, planning, and control teams. **Required Profile:** Technical or higher education in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred); Previous experience in construction preparation or similar roles; Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; Knowledge of BIM / Revit is an advantage; Good organizational, planning, and analytical skills; Team spirit, responsibility, and proactivity; Familiarity with on-site working environments; Residence in the Porto area (preferred).
