Job Summary: DAPE is seeking a Civil Engineer to develop, plan, and supervise specialty engineering projects, manage budgets, and coordinate on-site construction activities. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: \- Development and planning of specialty engineering projects; \- Preparation and supervision of municipal procedures; \- Budgeting and cost analysis for construction projects; \- Technical preparation of construction projects; \- Consultation and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers; \- Planning and organization of works during the pre-construction phase; \- Technical supervision across all phases of the construction process. Required Profile: \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; \- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in similar roles, preferably in building construction; \- Solid proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD; \- Strong technical analytical skills and attention to detail; \- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and autonomy.
