We are recruiting a Plasterer for a modular construction unit, created to revolutionize construction methods through a more industrialized, efficient, sustainable, and scalable approach—where technology, processes, and people operate in harmony. Job Description \- Continuous application of plaster on walls, ceilings, and other modular construction elements, including filling, surface leveling, corrections, and final preparation for painting. Work exclusively focused on plaster application—manual and/or mechanical—in an industrial environment. Professional Profile \- Experience as a plasterer/plaster applicator; \- Ability to work with different types of plasters and specific tools; \- High physical endurance due to the role’s continuous demands; \- Attention to detail and finish quality; \- Availability for shift work; \- Experience in team coordination and work planning (a valued asset). We are looking for a candidate who: \- Has experience in civil construction works; \- Demonstrates teamwork and interpersonal relationship skills; \- Resides in the Trofa/Santo Tirso area (preferred) or adjacent municipalities.
