Organize, safeguard, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. Manage accurate electronic spreadsheets containing financial and accounting data. Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data for editing and maintaining financial records using journals, ledgers, and computers. Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and forms. Perform specified period-end closing procedures and reporting. Create, review, reconcile, and issue invoices, bills, and account statements. Comply with company policies and procedures. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. Protect guest and colleague privacy and security. Respond to guest service needs professionally, proactively, and promptly. Communicate clearly and professionally with others; prepare and proof written materials accurately and thoroughly; answer telephone calls and emails using proper etiquette.
