Invest in your professional development **Are you seeking a new opportunity before vacation or aiming to start the second half of the year with a more valued career, above-average income, and real growth prospects?** The Audição Activa, a Portuguese leader in hearing aids and part of the multinational Active Hearing Group, continues expanding and seeks to strengthen its team of **Receptionists** for **our stores in the North**, inviting you to join this successful and rapidly growing project. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Ensuring smooth store operations and delivering the best possible customer service; \- Making telephone calls (inbound and outbound); \- Presenting and promoting commercial campaigns and new products; \- Scheduling hearing assessments and managing customer appointments. **We are looking for candidates who have:** \- Completed secondary education (12th grade); \- Strong communication and customer service skills; \- An organized and proactive mindset; \- Telemarketing experience (preferred); \- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (mandatory requirements); \- Availability to work **rotating shifts** across **all** these stores: Barcelos, Porto, Esposende, Guimarães, Póvoa de Varzim, Gondomar, Ermesinde, V.N.
