




Job Summary: The Direct Care Assistant will support the nursing team, assist with resident mobility, deliver direct care, participate in training sessions, and perform other related duties. Opportunity for continuous training Under the guidance of the center's management and in compliance with the Group's quality procedures and standards, the Direct Care Assistant is primarily responsible for: 1) Assisting the nursing team in delivering healthcare services to residents; 2) Supporting internal/external mobility of residents; 3) Providing direct care to residents (feeding, hygiene, accompaniment, companionship, basic health care, and other related tasks). The Direct Care Assistant will also participate in training sessions provided by the company and carry out other duties consistent with this professional category.
