Your mission: \- Perform basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling, etc.) to ensure smooth service startup; \- Execute simple recipes following instructions from the Head Chef or 1st and 2nd Chefs; \- Ensure mise-en-place for assigned sections; \- Prepare side dishes or simple dishes such as soups, appetizers, and garnishes; \- Use kitchen equipment appropriately and maintain it properly; \- Strictly comply with HACCP and safety standards; \- Maintain cleanliness of the work area; \- Ensure orderly workspace organization to guarantee efficient operation of the entire outlet.
