Business Analyst
Responsibilities
We are strengthening our Continuous Development and Improvement team and seeking a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join transformation and process improvement projects, with strong interaction between business areas and technology teams.
We seek candidates with experience in financial services companies—particularly consumer credit organizations such as Credibom, Cetelem, BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Credora, or other organizations with similar business contexts.
This is a particularly interesting opportunity for professionals with up to 1 year of experience who wish to build their careers in business analysis and project management.
Main Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements based on business and project needs;
Translate business requirements into clear, development-team-friendly functional specifications;
Participate in defining project scope, delivery plans, and associated timelines;
Support the project team in identifying risks, dependencies, impacts, and opportunities for improvement;
Analyze, model, and optimize business processes using methodologies and notations such as BPMN;
Participate in stakeholder meetings, analysis sessions, validations, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
Prepare functional documentation, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and flowcharts;
Support the definition and monitoring of solutions in coordination with business and technology teams;
Monitor solution implementation and support project transition to operations and maintenance teams (BAU);
Contribute to identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities and process optimization;
Work with information and processes related to SAP and taxation, ensuring accurate understanding of business requirements and their impact on systems.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technologies, or related fields;
Up to 1 year of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Analyst, or similar role;
Experience or exposure to the financial sector—preferably in consumer credit, banking, or financial services firms;
Experience with companies such as Credibom, Cetelem, BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Credora, or organizations with similar business contexts is highly valued;
SAP knowledge;
Taxation knowledge—this is a differentiating factor;
Familiarity with requirements analysis and management methodologies;
Ability to structure and document functional requirements;
Knowledge of process modeling techniques, especially BPMN and/or UML;
Familiarity with project management methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum;
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zoho, or equivalents;
Basic understanding of databases, integrations, APIs, web services, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) is advantageous;
Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
Good communication skills and ease of interaction with diverse stakeholders;
Ability to work collaboratively in a continuous improvement–oriented environment;
Good command of English.
