We are currently seeking **Bellhops**, passionate about excellence, to join the Group’s new projects in the city of Porto. **Requirements** * Secondary education (preferred) and/or training in Oenology and/or related fields; * Solid knowledge of HACCP (mandatory); * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (mandatory); * Good command of English – minimum B1 level in spoken communication; * Strong customer orientation and suggestive selling; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Responsible, punctual, and assiduous; * Proactive and dynamic; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Responsibilities** * Advise, suggest, and guide customers on optimal wine pairings with meals; * Take orders and serve wines according to specific techniques; * Greet and assist customers in accordance with brand standards; * Maintain positive customer relationships and prioritize excellent service; * Monitor stock levels and place orders; comply with HACCP requirements. **We Offer** * Meal allowance + meal at the hotel; * Opportunity for career progression.
