FUNCTIONS: - Organize the workspace with necessary products and equipment; - Ingredient preparation – Mise en Place; - Manage and verify product quality; - Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations; - Ability to ensure service in the Chef's absence. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles; - Creativity and improvisation skills; - Dynamism and proactivity.
