Contribute to continuous improvement and team spirit. To join our Operations team, we are looking for Construction Supervisors (m/f). This professional will be primarily responsible for efficiently coordinating construction projects carried out in the HVAC&R field. Responsibilities: * Supervise subcontractors’ activities on site, redefining tasks and adjusting resources as needed to ensure work is executed with proper technical quality and in accordance with the construction schedule. * Identify requirements for materials/equipment or other resources based on project progress and technical constraints identified during execution. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, particularly regarding the use of required equipment and materials specified in the risk matrix, to minimize workplace accidents and support compliance with current legislation. * Interact with clients and their representatives, responding to requests, seeking technical solutions, adjusting allocated resources, and proposing alternatives related to on-site technical execution. * Participate in commissioning processes for installations, collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure proper equipment operation. * Contribute to developing a culture of continuous improvement, promoting teamwork and initiative, acting clearly and assertively to enhance company profitability and sustainability. * Collaborate in and safeguard environmental and occupational safety while performing duties, complying with organizational procedures and best practices.
