**Planning and Procurement Technician**
The **Nilörn Portugal**, located in Recarei (Paredes), is part of the Nilörn Group, an international company specializing in developing branding solutions for fashion and retail brands worldwide.
We create products that help brands tell their story and reinforce their identity—from woven and printed labels to hangtags, packaging, textile accessories, and RFID solutions.
With the growth of our operations, we are looking for a **Planning and Procurement Technician** to join our team.

**Your Challenge**
As a **Planning and Procurement Technician**, reporting to the Production Director, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production, ensuring raw material availability, and optimizing planning and stock management processes—guaranteeing high levels of efficiency, quality, and customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Plan and organize production according to customer requirements and production capacity
· Monitor and update the production plan, ensuring on-time delivery
· Track performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities
· Place purchase orders for raw materials and consumables
· Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material replenishment
· Coordinate the receipt and management of raw materials
· Conduct inventories and ensure stock accuracy
· Monitor suppliers and subcontracted services
· Collaborate with various departments to ensure production process efficiency
· Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and procurement processes
**What We Are Looking For**
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related field (mandatory)
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial planning and procurement roles (preferred)
· Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)
· Knowledge of VBA and Power BI (preferred)
· Knowledge of production planning, stock management, and Lean Manufacturing (preferred)
· Good English language skills (mandatory)
· Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities
· Proactivity, dynamism, and results orientation
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments
