




Job Summary: We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant or 2nd/Junior Cook to join our team, working at secondary stations or stove/grill stations, with a focus on mise en place and cleaning. Split working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, with days off on Sunday and Monday We need to reinforce our kitchen team under the leadership of Chef Hélder, and therefore we are seeking: Kitchen Assistant or 2nd/Junior Cook - To work at secondary stations such as fryer, oven, or plating. In the case of a Cook, to work at stove and grill. - Responsibilities: - Preparation of respective mise en place - Execution of in-house recipes - Performing respective cleaning tasks - Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory - Compensation conditions vary according to profile (14 salaries – holiday and Christmas bonuses excluded). - Kitchen experience is highly valued - HACCP knowledge is highly valued - Split working hours from Tuesday to Saturday - Weekly days off: Sunday and Monday - Vacation schedule planned in advance - Accommodation is not currently provided
