Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: *Backoffice Area* * Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks. * Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary. *Administrative Area* * Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics. *Customer Service Area* * Assist guests with check\-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact. **What are we looking for** Are you a detail\-oriented, customer\-centric individual who takes pride in ensuring guests have the best possible experience?
