We are currently seeking **First and Second Dining Room Assistants**, passionate about excellence, to join the Group’s new projects in the city of Porto. **Requirements** * Secondary education (12th grade) — preferred; * Relevant training — preferred; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the role — mandatory; * Language skills — mandatory: fluent English; * Experience in hospitality/food service; * Strong organizational skills; * Sense of responsibility; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Enthusiasm for customer interaction; * Interest in and curiosity about gastronomic experiences. **Job Responsibilities** * Daily organization of the dining room, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. * Core duties involve serving meals and beverages to guests. * Responsible for overseeing a designated table section. * Execute and assist in preparing dining rooms and setting tables for various meals; prepare trays, service trolleys, and tables designated for meals and beverages within the establishment. * Greet and attend to guests, present them with the menu or daily specials list, explain dishes and beverages, take orders, serve selected food items, prepare or arrange issuance of the bill, and collect payment when required. * Perform or assist in cleaning and tidying the dining room. * Collaborate in conducting periodic inventory checks. **What We Offer** * Meal allowance + meal at the hotel; * Opportunity for career progression.
