Guest support and inter-departmental coordination * Enter and manage individual reservations in accordance with company policies and Small Luxury Hotel standards; • Issue proforma invoices for quotations and monitor payments; • Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques; • Keep all departments informed about guest-related requests; • Conduct pre-arrival checks and ensure all relevant requests are fulfilled; * Excellent spoken and written English proficiency; • Minimum 1 year of prior experience in the same role; experience in luxury properties is a plus; • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, email, and internet usage. • Familiarity with the Scrigno property management system is a preferred qualification. • Availability to work full-time Monday through Saturday. • Outstanding organizational skills, adaptability, teamwork ability, proactivity, and flexibility in handling unexpected situations complete the profile.
